Floreat
Reno
vation
This Floreat transformation completely reimagines the way this home works for modern living. By removing the enclosed kitchen and hallway walls, we’ve opened up the entire kitchen, living, and dining area into one expansive, light-filled space — perfect for both everyday comfort and effortless entertaining.
The old laundry was far larger than necessary, while the only bathroom felt cramped. Our solution? We swapped their locations. This gave the new bathroom the space it deserved, and streamlined the laundry into a more practical footprint. The existing toilet also received a stylish “glow-up” to match the refreshed interiors.
We improved privacy by repositioning the entrance to the master bedroom so it no longer faced directly into the main living area. The kitchen was elevated with a stunning splashback window, flooding the space with natural light, while the living/dining now connects seamlessly to the backyard via an impressive 7-metre stacking door.
The result? A functional, inviting open-plan home that feels entirely new — you’d never guess it was the same unit.
